Teresa Carrigan is the Human Resource Manager at New Song Church, a role she’s held since February 2024. A member since 2017, she has also served on the New Song Council. Teresa retired from the Bismarck Police Department in June 2023 after 23 years of dedicated service. She now enjoys building strong teams and developing individual potential in a faith-centered environment. Teresa is a proud mother and grandmother, cherishing time with her one son and three amazing grandchildren.
